Life is challenging at times.
Life with a medical condition is extra challenging.
And it can also be meaningful, joyful, and filled with love!

I see you, hoping for
something more than
the full-time job of
taking care of your
health.

Over the years, I have seen clients and loved ones struggle in silence with their illness. No one directly addressed their fear or overwhelm. Sometimes they felt like a failure, often they felt alone.

You don't have to do this alone!

I’m here to help guide you through a more fulfilling life. I’m also here to inspire you to do the things that matter to you.

what makes me different

what makes me different

I'm a health psychologist

I’m trained to help you deal with difficult emotions and issues related to your physical health (chronic pain, fatigue, side effects).

Bonus: I’m fairly familiar with medical jargon!

We'll talk about the good, the bad, and the uncomfortable

I'll ask you how you feel, we'll laugh about a comedy you saw on Netflix, and we'll also talk about the things that is still too heavy to discuss with your loved ones.

I’m a human being first

(just like you!) and psychologist second (with great evidenced-based skills to help YOU).

I offer online therapy so that you can get the help you need from the comfort of your own couch.
